Hotel Deposit and Cancellation
Policy: Payment for 1st night will be charged upon
making reservation. We have a 3-day cancellation policy with
a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Weddings and Special
Group Events: We require a 50% deposit due upon
signing contract, and a 30-day cancellation fee, including
a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee per room.
Community Events
and holidays: 3-5 night minimum stay depending
on event. Weekend rate applies. 30 day cancellation policy
with a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee. Payment for
1 or 2 nights will be charged at time of making reservation,
depending on length of event.
